Darren Dies (President)
Darren grew up on a livestock farm. After graduating from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Animal Science in 1988, he joined OSI Industries in Aurora, Illinois and worked at the Glenmark Division in the Chicago Stockyards as a Management Trainee. Darren served in various positions in production, purchasing, production scheduling, sales and customer service. In 1995, he graduated with a MBA from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois. He later joined Marvin J. Walter as the owner of WG Provisions (then, W&G Marketing Co. Inc.) in 1996. He currently serves as Chairman, CEO and President of the company. Darren has served as Director of the North American Meat Processors Association, Alpha Gamma Rho Alumni House Property Manager, Iowa Meats Processors Association and Iowa BBQ Society.
Kris Oelmann (Office Manager)
“Iowa State University brought me to Ames and I have been here ever since.” Kris began at WG Provisions as a temporary Administrative Assistant in February 2015 and was brought on board permanently in June 2015. Prior to WG Provisions, she worked at Hach Company for nine years in production and in inventory control, scheduling production. Once she and her husband started their own family, she was fortunate enough to be able to be a stay-at-home mom where she was very involved in her children’s activities.
Hobbies: Kris’s favorites are spending time with her family, traveling, and Iowa State University Athletics!
Jack graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
He grew up on his family’s farm in Iowa that worked in beef, pork and poultry production.
He has been with WG Provisions for three and a half years.
Prior to working with WG Provisions he worked as a
Sales Manager for Pfizer Genetics in St. Louis, Missouri,
a Territory Manager for Ben E. Keith in Foods Dallas, Texas,
a Territory Manager for Sysco Foods in Denver Colorado, a Territory Manager and Specialist for Shamrock Foods Commerce in City, Colorado, and a Territory Manager for US Foods in Phoenix, Arizona.
Hobbies : Family and friends, travel, water sports, Colorado Mountains, Hawaii.

Dominic has been at WG Provisions for 16 years. Prior to WG, he spent a combined 8 years with Louis Rich Foods and Land O’ Lakes (swine division). He has a B.S. in agriculture (animal science) from the University of Missouri. Dominic and his wife live in Ankeny, Iowa with their three children.
Hobbies: I enjoy sports activities, fishing, hunting and spending time with family.

Chris graduated from Hawkeye Community College in 2015 with an associates degree in digital mass media and a background in marketing and management. He has been with WG Provisions since December of 2015. He lives with his wife in Altoona, Iowa.
Hobbies: Chris enjoys running, biking, kayaking and spending time with friends and family.
William Marsau D.V.M.
Dr. Marsau has served in his current position of Biomedical Manager for since 2007. Dr. Marsau is responsible for managing all aspects of the biomedical division. This includes managing all communications, training, auditing, and performance with the facilities providing the animal tissue. In addition this includes managing all communications, interactions, and requests from any company or institution seeking animal tissue.
Prior to joining the WG Corporation team, Dr. Marsau served as a grow/finish porcine veterinarian for Iowa Select Farms based out of Iowa Falls Iowa. Prior to that, Dr. Marsau served as an intern specializing in equine medicine and surgery at Interstate Equine located in Goldsby, OK.
Dr. Marsau received his BS Degree in Animal Science with a minor in Livestock Facility Design from Iowa State University. He later received his D.V.M. degree from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine located in Ames, IA.
